submit_enquiry
Send an enquiry. Pass an enquiry to the venue’s team: a large party, private hire, a special request, or a guest who wants none of the times offered. Needs the guest’s name and a phone number or email for the reply. To attach it to an existing booking, give bookingReference and the phone on that booking. The summary can be read to the guest.
It changes data. Calling it again with the same input has no further effect.
