find_booking
Find a booking. Find a guest’s booking from its reference and the phone number on it. On a call, the caller’s own number can be used as the phone. A wrong reference or phone returns not found, the same either way; after repeated failures you’ll be asked to wait. The summary can be read to the guest.
It only reads data. Calling it again with the same input has no further effect.
