report_running_late
Report running late. Tell the venue a guest with a booking today will be late. Up to an hour is noted on the booking and the venue’s diary; more than an hour is passed to the venue’s team (needs_venue). The summary can be read to the guest.
It changes data. Calling it again with the same input has no further effect.
